$45 plus taxes for parking is a bit too much when the tickets themselves cost only $79 plus taxes.

I'm really hoping that I'm back in Austin in time for it.

Pending the Texas A&M football schedule and my financial situation, yes.

There is always cheaper parking off site.

If I can successfully kidnap my 3 y/o daughter away from a crying 4 month old brother and a mommy on zero sleep to watch the ALMS last hurrah because NASCAR thought it would be a great idea to create a racing series who's logo and typography treatment makes me think that an art school dropout bugged his rich daddy with connections to 'create' it and kick out those awesome Audis from racing on U.S. soil for the foreseeable future? Then, yes.

Yeah but in this heat, every bit of walking saved is less exhaustion at the end of the day. Might have to rope in someone else to split the parking cost.

I agree. I usually pay for the closer parking. My legs are exhausted from walking up the turn 1 hill multiple times throughout the day. It'll probably be in the mid 90's during the race weekend.
